Yes, side rails are just another name for scrub bars or brush bars, all of which are names used to describe a protection bar which connects between your bull bar and side steps.

Are these side rails ADR compliant?

Vehicles with side and curtain airbags have legal requirements for side rails to be airbag-compatible. Ironman 4×4 has gone through extensive airbag compatibility designing and testing to meet the requirements of airbag compatibility.
