From its weight-saving aluminium construction, to above average storage capadcity and roller-top strength, the Roller Drawer System has a number of key features.

Aluminium Construction

Our new Roller Drawer Systems range feature a combination of 6051-T5 and Diecast aluminium. Starting at just 18kg for a single mid-height drawer, you can expect to see approximately a 20-25% weight saving when comparing a like-for-like twin full-height fixed-floor system.

Black Mottled Carpet

We’ve opted for a black mottled carpet to match the interior of modern four-wheel drives. The carpet is an Australian made fibre-bonded polypropylene slip-resistant carpet which will help stop items stored on top of the drawers from sliding around. All of the components of the drawer system are manufactured for UV stable materials and finishes.

T-Slot Channels & Anchors

Each drawer include T-Slot channels which run the length of the drawer to make for easy tie-down points for fridges, storage boxes, and more. While strip lighting running the length of each drawer internally, makes life that much easier, when you’re scrambling to find the cutlery or mozzie spray after dark. All our full height drawers are lockable for extra security.

Rolled Out & Locked Out

Our new Roller Drawer System features a patented roller-bearing slide system, which requires little to no maintenance for the lifetime of the drawers.

Additionally, all drawers feature a lock-out mechanism when extended to allow the convenient use of the drawers on an incline without having to hold the drawer open or worry about the drawer slamming shut on you.

Light, but not Light-Weight

Despite the weight savings of the aluminium construction, our new Roller Drawer Systems are batting above their average for storage capacity and roller-top strength.

Full length, Full Height Drawers are capable of holding 120kg per drawer (240kg combined) and the roll-top flooring, when fully extended can handle a class-leading 100kg. Which can amply handle a fully loaded fridge/freezer.

Mix & Match - Your Drawers Your Way

Our Roller Drawer System is completely modular and come in three lengths to suit the variety of wagons and utes, and are available in both a mid-height and a full-height.

In addition to choosing your drawer heigh combination, you can also select whether you want a fixed or a roll-top on each drawer.
